Why become a Pilates instructor? Why not? There are many reasons to take up a professional Pilates course!

No matter the reason, Body n’Sync offers just the course for you!

The Body n’Sync Pilates Instructor Course comprises various programmes, which are intended to prepare course participants to take the PMA’s National Pilates Certification Programe (NPCP) exam (if they so desire). While our certificate is sufficient to teach Pilates within Singapore, those preparing for a career in Pilates can further their education by becoming a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), as the certification is internationally recognised and will allow our course graduates the freedom to lead classes beyond Singapore’s sunny shores!
